GYMFIT EXTREME - TEENS
Stay active through your pre-teen & teens in a class that utilises gymnastics strength and conditioning to keep you fit.
From 11 years.
A 1 - 1.5 hour class for boys and girls in their teens to work on gymnastics skills and fitness without needing to commit to a full gymnastics program.
