TRAMPOLINE

Fly higher in dedicated trampoline only classes

A 1 hour class for boys and girls focusing on trampoline and aerial skills. Classes are a smaller size to give your child more time on the tramp.

TUMBLING

Roundoff your way to better tumbling technique

A dedicated 1 hour class for boys and girls honing in on tumbling skills with a focus on advanced tumbling technique. 


Monday        5.30 - 6.30pm * Intermediate

                       6.30 - 7.30pm * Advanced

Tuesday        5.30 - 6.30 * Intermediate 

Thursday      5.15 - 6.15pm * Beginner - Intermediate

GYMFIT EXTREME - TEENS

Stay active through your pre-teen & teens in a class that utilises gymnastics strength and conditioning to keep you fit.

From 11 years.

A 1 - 1.5 hour class for boys and girls in their teens to work on gymnastics skills and fitness without needing to commit to a full gymnastics program. 
 

Tuesday          7.30 - 8.30pm

Wednesday   6.00 - 7.30pm

BOYS

A dedicated recreational class just for boys

A 1 hour class only for boys to work on their recreational gymnastics skills, strength and conditioning.

Friday         4.30 - 5.30pm
